Frequently Asked Questions
How do I know when my Glasses have arrived?
Your glasses usually take around 1–2 weeks to arrive. We do our best
to get them to you quickly while ensuring they’re handled with care.
Once they’re ready, you’ll receive an SMS text message letting you
know they’ve arrived.
Is the eye test free?
If you’re eligible for a free NHS eye test, we’ll be happy to provide it
at no cost. If you’re not eligible, there’s a small fee for the test —
but if you choose your new glasses with us, we’ll give you the eye
test for free.
How often should I get my eyes tested?
Most adults should have an eye test every
two years, even if your vision seems fine.
Some people, like those with glasses,
contact lenses, diabetes, or a family history
of eye problems, may need tests more
often. Regular eye tests help catch changes
early and keep your eyes healthy.
Can I book an eye test online?
Yes! You can easily book an eye test online through our website. Just
choose a time that suits you, and we’ll confirm your appointment.
It’s quick, simple, and convenient!
Do children need eye tests?
Yes! Children should have regular eye tests to make sure their eyes are
developing properly. Early checks can help spot vision problems
before they affect learning and daily activities. It’s recommended to
have an eye test when they start school and then regularly after that.
